This neighborhood watering hole is not just a great place to drink beer, it’s also extremely environmentally sustainable. Given that they serve American craft beers, they’re able to cut down on the use of fossil fuels used during shipping. By offering mostly draft beers, they use fewer bottles. Much of the furniture was made with recycled materials, and most of the staff lives within walking distance to lessen their carbon footprint. How about the beer, you ask? Besides their substantial list of beers that includes IPAs and barleywines, they even have rare bottled beers for sale.
