Best Wine Bar

Phinney Ridge's In The Red resembles a quirky and pleasant little French bistro, with its mismatched upholstered furniture, chandeliers, and mint-green walls hung with whimsical oil paintings. The bar's owners profess to aim for "a more approachable wine concept”—accordingly, glasses of French, Spanish, and Italian reds and whites can be had for a mere $5 dollars at all times, as can as a good selection of West Coast syrahs, chardonnays, and pinot noirs. The reasonable prices allow for more orders of the raw oysters available during the bar's weekly Monday Oyster Night.
