And that's what DIY Tobacco offers all the way out in Port Orchard. Without getting into technicalities, DIY has a big machine that rolls smokes. You buy the ingredients in the store, put them in the machine, and walk out with cheap, delicious nicotine. Yes, you have to drive to Port Orchard (or better yet, enjoy the Bremerton ferry ride, then drive). But when you're saving $60 a carton, it's definitely worth the trip.
