West Seattle's Beveridge Place is so casual that its food menu is a collection of take-out fliers from other restaurants. Customers are encouraged to have Chinese food or pizza delivered while they work their way though the pub's lengthy selection of beers. Beveridge Place stocks 150 different beers by the bottle and keeps another 25 ales on tap. The beers are served by people who care about what they're doing, who will notice the lipstick stain that didn't get washed off the glass before it gets anywhere near the tap.
