Best Ice Cream

Bluebird is a microcreamery by virtue of its commitment to making all of its ice creams onsite, but micro is as much a philosophy as a formal description of this Capitol Hill shop. There's an appealing modesty about the store, furnished with salvaged tables and chairs. The menu of flavors typically includes vegan sorbets and ice creams made with fair-trade chocolate, Mighty-O doughnuts, and organic fruits.
