Best Caesar Salad

The brainchild of Caffe Vita founder Mike McConnell, Via Tribunali was founded to bring authentic Neapolitan pizza to the Northwest. They also offer a good variety of salads; one sure thing on the menu is the popular house salad: mixed greens, arugula, olives, ricotta, and prosciutto cotto. Their insalata di Caesar is plainer but just as well done. The crunchy romaine with grana padana and tiny anchovies form the perfect starter before digging into one of Via's thin crust pizzas.
