Best Breakfast

The hands-down best deal for those obsessed with scoring cheap but delicious breakfasts on the high end is the breakfast happy hour at Toulouse Petit. From 9 to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday, just about every dish on the extensive, New Orleans–influenced breakfast menu is just $6. That means biscuits with tasso gravy and a slab of Kurobuta pork steak, bananas Foster pancakes, and cured pork-cheek confit hash are each just $6. You want some Frenched-up egg plates with ham and Gruyère, or maybe a nice lardons salad? Six bucks. Both the regular happy-hour menu and the late-night version are also killer, but the breakfast happy-hour board is a true rarity in Seattle.
