The Triple Door
216 Union St., Seattle, WA 98101
(206) 838-4333
For some people, bar food means greasy sliders, chicken wings, and nachos smothered in bright orange goo (allegedly called cheese). If you're one of those people, The Triple Door is not for you. But if you actually want an interesting meal that just happens to be served in a bar—and one that also offers interesting music—then there's no better place than this downtown spot, with a restaurant run by pan-Asian Wild Ginger, which is right next door. From seafood Thai noodles to salt-and-pepper squid to duck with steamed buns, it's all here, and it's all delicious.
