Out of work? No problem. Start a food truck or a cookie stand, your friends who love eating over at your place say. Okay. But how? That's where Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center comes in. The local nonprofit exists to transform hapless business newcomers such as yourself into spreadsheet-slinging, hiring-and-firing mini-tycoons, or at least launch you in that direction. The idea is to provide biz beginners with training, support services, and help guiding business from the idea, to start-up to growth phase.
