Best Pork In All Its Glory

On any given day you might be served a luscious filet of braised pork belly stroked with carrots, onions, and thyme; a salad of avocado, grapefruit, and trotter meat from Llano Seco Rancho; a schnitzel-like cutlet with earthy, lemony greens; Hungarian pork shoulder with freshly made pasta; stewed Kurobata pork loin brushed with almond-cilantro pesto; or a slow-roasted pulled-pork sandwich with crispy broccolini and roasted pepita seeds.
