Best Place To Relax While Feeling Like You're On An '80s Porn Set

There are plenty of establishments offering offering the sauna-and-spa experience, but if you're looking for a retro vibe to go with your shvitz, The Hot Tubs is the best value for your soaking-in-hot-water dollar. It's certainly neither the most nor least sleazy joint in town. The rooms are clean, with pleasing tiles and paint jobs, and if you get there before 5 o'clock you get an extra half-hour for free. There are even convenient coupons available on the website. But what really makes The Hot Tubs special are the lobby and the hallways, which look like they haven't been remodeled or even redecorated since 1985. The couch in the lobby is circular with a fountain in the middle; neon abounds inside and outside; and it all screams "ultra-modern Reagan-era chic" in the best way. It certainly seems like porno flicks might have been shot there back in the day. Indeed, it would be dead simple to sneak in a digital camera now and make some sex-positive art, if one were so inclined. Not that we're saying you should. But you could.
