Best Place To Act Like A Kid Again

Since 1973, these slides have been bringing joy to the wayward Castro walker who happens to have a cardboard box handy. One of the landmarks of San Francisco's inclination toward whimsy, the slides are a great surprise planted in the middle of an inconspicuous neighborhood. Bring a box, wax it up, and get ready to catch some air. Be cool though and keep the noise down after hours, pick up after yourself, and let the little ones go first.
