Best Cupcake

We think this young shop has one of the superior desserts in San Francisco. Let's Cupcake seems to be one of the gatekeepers of the secret to keeping a cupcake from being dried out. They're also adept at including textural elements that satisfy, such as the bits of caramelized sugar that top the standout banana crunch flavor. A cafe deep in the Sunset (right off the N-Judah), it's not the most central of locations, but there's free WiFi and, unlike these other places, it's a place where people can actually hang out and commune over cupcakes.
