Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., owners Lee and Ken Singh open up their sustainable farm for the locally grown produce loving public. Gorgeous shades of orange, yellow, green, and red veggies grace the tables alongside cartons of fresh eggs, pretty pickled radishes, and Singh farms-made apple butter, chili oil and other canned delights. The Singhs import a couple items from around town like MJ's fresh baked breads, flour and dry grains from The Hayden Flour Mill, and apple cider from Wilcox. If you get hungry, the farm cooks up a special lunch every week which is available for around $5. In the fall months, the farm even puts their very best compost up for sale.
