Best Punk Bar

More than a punk-rock bar, Johnny's Saloon is a cultural hub dedicated to cheap, stiff drinks; good music; and a consistent crop of unique events, most of 'em benefiting veterans' charities. A trip into the dank dive offers amenities you'll find at no other bar: pour your own Pabst on tap, most drinks $5 or less, and the largest collection of Bath and Body Works lotion you've ever seen in the ladies' room. They have a rotating list of 100 varieties of craft whiskey and beer, but there are no snobs here: Johnny's sells one of the highest volumes of PBR in all of Orange County. Try the signature, musician-inspired cocktails, such as the Iggy Pop, Joe Strummer, Hank and Coke, and Loretta Lynn. There's so much art, decorations and bras on the wall you'll notice something new each time. If you're lucky, you might even encounter the Ring of Fire, in which the bar is set ablaze as the iconic song plays. As the sign says when you walk in, "If you don't like stiff drinks and Johnny Cash, don't let the door hit you on the ass!"
