Best Indian

Ah, Indian food, how we do love thee! Even the names of your dishes dance on our tongue: vindaloo, makhini, jalfrezi, tikka. . . . We can almost taste the tang, the acid and spices. Saying their names, however, doesn't do them justice. You have to chow down on the makini's tender tandoori chicken in tomato sauce, feel the boneless lamb (mixed with tomato, ginger and onion) in the vindaloo break apart in your mouth, taste the curry of the jalfrezi vegetable stir-fry, and feel the heat of the spicy potatoes in the aloo tikki. Served by friendly, albeit formal, waiters, the food at Tandoor Cuisine of India is served promptly, bubbling-hot at your table in small metal bowls fresh from the oven. Feel free to order a lot: Your table's big enough to host a few friends, several plates of food AND your empties. And if your wallet is thinner than it used to be, did we mention there's a daily buffet from 11 a.m. until 3 in the afternoon?
