Ten-year-old East Village treasure FAB 208 has been kept largely secret by its devotees. There are silk scarves that triangulate the torso and detachable ties to be used or abused. The latest line-designs are limited to as few as two each-is airbrushed with the quintessential '80s face: blue eyebrow, pink blush, and red lips.
