Best Burek

Though Burektorja Dukagjini clearly produces the best espresso, the prize for burek formation belongs to an Astorian joint: HOUSE OF PIZZA. Pick cheese, spinach and cheese, or meat, and get a well-browned spare tire of a pie that feeds four, made from flaky pastry sheets something like filo.
