Rosa Mexicano, the new kid in town, is a white-tablecloth Mexican restaurant in the heart of downtown Minneapolis's busy Hennepin Avenue, known for its upscale food (and prices) and its flashy tableside-prepared guacamole. It really delivers on its La Clasica margarita ($11). Fresh juice and organic agave nectar are used in this step up from its basic margarita, along with 100% agave tequila.
