With three locations and a taco truck, Barrio is proving itself to be an institution in the Twin Cities. It made its name as a tequila bar with a 100-bottle list of top-shelf brands (though the food is outstanding), so you know the margaritas are good. The Trinity margarita ($9.50) is one of the most straightforward examples in town of the original margarita: tequila, Cointreau, and lime.
