Nestled in the only remaining quiet nook of the Minneapolis Warehouse District, this beautifully designed jewel of a room runs well ahead of the local curve, gay or straight. The scene is low-key, the bar smoke-free, and the cocktails sophisticated, with updated versions of classics like the Grasshopper and the Old-Fashioned in the fore. But consider yourself warned: If it's a demonstrative night on the town you're looking for, best to consider another venue. The mood at Jetset is consistently cool; public displays of any sort are likely to be viewed dimly, at best.
