Best Ceviche

Located right in the heart of CocoWalk, Jaguar offers a modern fusion on traditional Peruvian and Latin inspired dishes. Jaguar's ambiance, location, and quality service create the ideal dining atmosphere. Ceviche is the heart beat of Jaguar, which is evident by the ceviche spoon bar located at the front of the restaurant. With over six variations of ceviche to choose from it's often hard for first time customers to pick just one. The ceviche spoon sampler, at $12, is the most popular dish and it allows the customer to sample six various ceviches all prepared on oversized ceviche spoons. The sampler is perfect for two and really adds to the overall dining experience. With so many delicious options to choose from it's hard to decide which one is the best. For my money the debate begins and ends with the Ceviche Peruano, a mix of fresh white fish, lime, red onion, rocoto chile, and Peruvian corn. Or you can go with what most patrons do, which is have the sampler before selecting the ceviche they want to commit the rest of the evening to.
