In a cozy space in Echo Park next to Mohawk Bend (another vegan-friendly spot), chef Scott Zwiezen is serving dishes with mostly Mediterranean flavors. Those who balk at seitan and tempeh will appreciate that Zwiezen uses neither, choosing instead to explore ingredients of the vegetable, grain and legume genre.
