Hold your nuptials in an ancient California Live Oak grove just 40 minutes from Hollywood, on picturesque Old Topanga Road. There, the owners of Ribbit Tree and Plant Nursery have created a charming amphitheater in their 1.5-acre private woods. Set with rough-hewn hardwood benches and stool-like sanded stumps, it's a perfect bucolic backdrop for couples tired of overdone city weddings. Owner Lori Dovi calls it "rustic chic," but you needn't go entirely Arcadian: You can hire your own caterer or BBQ service, as well as your own DJ or band. For various fees, Ribbit provides add-ons such as VIP portable potties and chairs seating up to 275 people.
