Owner/chef Gabe Gordon puts on beer-pairing dinners with brewers who are the best in the area. From managers to bartenders to servers, Beachwood staff know their beer. But there is no "We're smarter than you" snobbishness like we get at places that don't serve ketchup. You won't find a joint with more knowledgeable beer fans lined up at the bar next to you.
