With some of the freshest, best-prepared fish in the area, mellow lighting and Asian Pottery Barn decor (that is, if there were such a thing), eating at Sushi-Sake makes for high-quality Japanese dining in hip, tasteful surroundings. Try the yellowtail, a standout on an impressive menu. Sample a few other fine fish in the rainbow roll (sushi rice stuffed with crab, avocado and cucumber, topped with tuna, salmon, whitefish and seaweed). Great appetizers, too (steamed dumplings, shrimp tempura, chicken and vegetable skewers, fried squid, boiled soybeans and beef tataki, to name a few).
