If you walked into Sea Breeze blindfolded, you’d never know you were in a seafood market-slash-restaurant. That is to say, it doesn’t smell like fish. Whether you’re picking up live crawfish or lobsters to cook at home or sticking around to order off the extensive menu, you’re in store for some of the freshest (never frozen) seafood you’ve likely ever had in good ol’ land-locked Dallas. The New England-style lobster roll has many devotees, but there are also ahi tuna nachos, clam chowder and gumbo, plus San Fran-style cioppino, sandwiches and a host of fried seafood options. The décor is clean and modern, and service is casually competent, but beware the long wait on weekends; it’s a popular neighborhood spot.
