But if you like New York-style pizza and you prefer a true hole in the wall, not one that’s just decorated to feel like a hole in the wall, do yourself a favor and give Brothers a try. Nestled in between a few gay bars, a liquor store and a dog hospital, you might miss Brothers if you’re not looking for it. But if you happen to walk by, you can’t ignore the compelling aroma of pizza baking in the ovens. Think pizza by the pie or by the slice. Think sliced tomatoes, shredded mozzarella and classic pepperoni. Think pizzeria-style booths, white paper plates and shakers of Parmesan cheese. We think you could do a lot worse.
