Best Pizza

Nestled inside an unassuming strip center in Irving, you’ll find Cavalli Pizzeria Napoletana. Inside, they serve giant and exceptional wood-fired sandwiches like chicken Parmigania or prosciutto, a selection of salads and antipasti, an assortment of pretty fantastic pizzas and decadent dessert pies. Just try to choose from premium, organic or local ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes, fior de latte mozzarella, spicy sopressata, even an over-easy egg, all baked in a wood-fired oven in authentic Neapolitan style, meaning 900 degrees for just 90 seconds, to produce that perfectly blistered crust. So while you might be in Irving, at Cavalli, it sure tastes a lot like dining in Napoli.
