We’re not sure if kids in Vietnam have lemonade stands, but if they do they probably hawk something like this, minus the booze. The ultra-refreshing blend of house-infused green tea vodka, lime and mint is beautifully balanced, the green tea giving a bitter note that’s a welcome foil to the sweetness of palm sugar and tartness of lime. Poured over a mountain of shaved ice in a tall glass, it’s a perfect way to cool your taste buds after the spicy chicken curry hot pot or wash down some sticky Vietnamese wings at the bar.
