This counter-service is a worker's ideal lunch spot. Quick -- Wai means quick in Thai -- friendly and straightforward, Wai Wai offers customers a variety of Asian standards, not just Thai dishes. There is everything from gyoza dumplings and chicken satay to crab Rangoon and lettuce wraps. And that’s just from the appetizer section. A variety of salads, including the Indonesian, which comes with mixed greens, cucumber, carrot, sprouts, rice noodles and peanut dressing, are available for the health-minded diner. The remainder of the menu hops all over the East’s culinary traditions, touching down with pad see-eew noodles, curried pineapple fried rice, classic Chinese entrées and, for good measure, sushi rolls. The latter includes the Mustang Roll (guess why?) and is composed of grilled beef, mayo and cucumber.
