Best Bar Food

Often, people rave about a bar’s menu only because it’s slightly better than what you’d expect from a place that specializes in popping tabs off beers and mixing liquor and soda. But frequently, even good bar food can’t compete with your general restaurant fare. Enter the Stoneleigh P, perched just across from the Stoneleigh hotel. While we’ll order a meal out of habit to go with our beer at other watering holes, here we order a beer as an afterthought for our meal. And we’ll even deal with the d-bag patrons for a spicy sausage sandwich and the occasional spinach salad. The burgers are lauded, but maybe a little overrated. Give the lentil soup a chance instead.
