Best Guacamole

This growing minichain subscribes to the “less is more” school of guac. It also practices transparency when it comes to the preparation of this popular appetizer and side: The guacamole is made tableside in a molcajete. In addition to ripe avocados, there’s a little cilantro, tomatoes, onions, and Rocco’s “secret” spice blend (which includes a touch of paprika, among other seasonings). Served with house-made chips, the hefty treat is $12.
